60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all Flowy showerheads.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply let us know within 60 days of receiving your order, and we’ll refund you in full — even if you’ve used it.
Returns Process
To start a return, please:

Email us at: matt@flowy.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a prepaid AusPost return label — so you won’t be charged to return your item.

Print the label, drop the package at any AusPost location, and keep the tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Important:

Returns must include all original components (showerhead and filter)

Filters must not be removed or replaced with other components

Returns beyond 60 days from delivery will not be accepted unless covered by consumer law
Refunds
Once your return is received, we’ll:

Inspect your item within 2–3 business days

Automatically refund your original payment method

Notify you via email once processed
Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
We currently do not accept returns on:

Replacement filters purchased separately

Final sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Your Consumer Rights
Our policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
