  • Will not misuse the site or attempt to access it fraudulently

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Product Information

We aim to display and describe our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be perfectly accurate.

Our Flowy Filter Plus uses a blend of KDF-55, Calcium Sulfite, and catalytic carbon (derived from coconut shell but processed at high temperatures to remove all allergenic compounds). These filter media are widely used in water treatment and are considered safe and non-toxic.

While our ingredients are non-allergenic and designed for consumer water filtration, individuals with specific health concerns or sensitivities should consult their healthcare professional before use. Flowy cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions experienced due to personal health conditions or unique sensitivities.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payments via secure third-party gateways including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit cards.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processed, but our Returns Policy applies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise specified. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on Flowy showerheads.

7. Subscriptions (When Activated)

Flowy may offer product subscriptions for replacement filters. By subscribing:

  • You agree to recurring charges at the frequency and rate selected

  • You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription via your customer account

  • Subscription changes must be made before the next billing cycle

Details will be clearly presented at checkout once activated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product names, images, logos, text, and custom formulations (like Flowy Filter Plus™) — are the intellectual property of Flowy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Delays or issues with shipping

  • Inaccuracies in product descriptions or third-party content

Disclaimer: Flowy showerheads are designed for simple DIY installation on standard screw-on fittings. Installation by a licensed plumber may require WaterMark-certified products under Australian regulations.
